How can I track my orders?Once we have depatched your order, you will receive an automate email about the shipment tracking number, also with a tracking link where you can track your parcel.

What are the shipping methods?We currently offer 2 shipping methods: Parcel Lockers and Pick-up Points and home delivery, read more about our shipping policy and pricing from here. We have partnered with Posti as our delivery partners and we are adding more service providers for your choice.

How long does it take to receive my order?We always aim to handle and ship your order as soon as possible. For orders that are placed before 14:00 on weekdays, we will ship them on the same day, otherwise we will ship them on the next working day. The delivery time varies depending on the destination of the shipment. For shipping within Finland, it usually takes 2-4 working days, and for shipments to other countries, it takes 3-5 working days. These estimations are according to the shipping companies we partner with. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. What are the payment methods?We try to offer as many payment methods as we can, currently you can choose to use card payments, paypal, klarna, gift cards as payment methods. Read more about our payment terms from here. Through Klarna you can pay with the Finnish bank transfers. We are looking to add more payment options and once those are added we will add them in our payment options section.

What is your product warranty?We offer 2 years warranty for all of our products. For products that are purchased through our website, there is no extra action for you to take. Your product is automatically registered in our system, and we will provide replacements if anything happens within 2 years, and products have been under normal usage.

Pre-Order Headcovers DisclaimerPlease be aware that pre-order items are based on design images, and while we aim to match the design closely, there may be minor variations in the final product due to production constraints. We will keep everyone, who have made a pre-order, informed about the status of the products. Including actual product images before they are shipped and delivered. In case you find yourself dissatisfied with the product after having pre-ordered it, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. What are Pre-Order Headcovers?Pre-order headcovers are newly designed products currently undergoing the sampling and production process. These items are not in stock at the moment but are in the production phase by our manufacturer.

What happens next after the purchase of a Pre-Order Headcover?Upon your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. We will make sure that you receive the product within the promised delivery date. You will be notified when the product is ready for shipment. Any unforeseen changes will be communicated promptly. In the event of a failure to deliver within the promised timeline, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund, which will be issued immediately upon your request.

What information is provided for Pre-Order Headcovers?Each pre-order headcover product page includes an estimated delivery date and a detailed product description. Currently, all our pre-order headcovers are crafted from premium synthetic leather, with a soft interior to protect your golf club. We will keep you consistently updated once the order is placed.
